Altitude Devon Festival
- Date: 23rd – 25th July
- Location: Blackborough

Bridwell Maker’s Market

A hidden gem! Enjoy a local artisan market, bustling with handmade crafts, tasty food, and live music.

Bradninch Music Festival
- Date: 12th June – 14th June 2026
- Location: various locations in Bradninch
Most of this festival is free to enjoy, at various indoor and outdoor venues in Bradninch.

Goren Festival
- Date: 3rd – 5th July 2026
- Location: Goren Farm, Honiton
‘Wildlife, Wild flowers and Wild Music’.
Goren is a nature-focused, family festival, with lots on offer for children aged 5 to 15…
Live music, wildlife workshops, activities such as yoga and forest school and of course plenty of tasty food! A great family day out, with fairly priced day tickets.

Exmouth Festival
- Date: 9th – 12th July 2026
- Location: Exmouth
A community festival where everyone is welcome! Explore arts, workshops, activities, entertainment, music, fringe events and a makers market… There’s something for all ages from adults, to young toddler-focused sessions.
A free festival of the arts (Exmouth Festival welcomes donations).
Sidmouth Folk Festival
- Date: 31st July – 7th August 2026
- Location: Sidmouth
An event brimming with culture! Be swept into the spirit of Devon with songs, storytelling, Ceilidhs, craft, music and workshops. There’s even a special opportunity to take part whether you sing, dance or play…

Dartmoor Folk Festival
- Date: 7th – 9th August 2026
- Location: South Zeal
Dive into Devon tradition – with Dartmoor Step Dance and Broom Dance Competitions! Enjoy lively Folk music, Ceilidhs, workshops, dance displays and fun activities for the children including ferret racing and a rubber duck race!
Day tickets for the festival and Ceilidhs are available from the event organiser’s website. Activities in the afternoon are free – but Dartmoor Folk Festival welcomes donations.
County, Village and Agricultural Shows
Dunsford Show
- Date: 4th July 2026
- Location: Dunsford
Set in the Dartmoor National Park, the Dunsford show has a variety of fun entertainment including mountain bike trials, family games, samba, pony displays, dog show, grand draw, as well as local artisan food, drink and craft.
A great value family day out, where proceeds go back towards supporting the local school.

Mid Devon Show
- Date: 25th July 2026
- Location: Knightshayes, Tiverton
‘A celebration of all things Devon’ – livestock, entertainment, local produce, live music, steam engines, kids activities. There are also activities to enjoy with the dog – with fly-ball, and a range of dog show classes to enter.

North Devon Show
One of the largest agricultural shows in the area, the show celebrates rural tradition, with a huge array of livestock, live music, farming education (including the highly popular sheep show!), traditional skill demonstrations, carriage driving, terrier racing, vintage cars and more…

Honiton Show
- Date: 6th August 2026
- Location: Honiton
Showcasing the traditional and new, this East Devon show is an incredible spectacle with over 1,000 livestock and 400 exhibitors to browse. A great day out for all the family – see equestrian displays, livestock classes, motorbike and vintage car displays, cookery demonstrations and enjoy fabulous food…
With something for everyone, it’s a local show not to be missed!

Lustleigh Show
- Date: 31st August 2026 (Bank Holiday Monday)
- Location: Lustleigh, Dartmoor National Park
Enjoy exciting highlights like falconry displays, a thrilling BMX stunt show, flower show, classic cars, dog show. Tap your toes to live folk, jazz, and country music. Or for an energy boost – get involved in activities like the 10 km run, circus workshops or climbing wall!
