We have detailed below the best routes to take to get to Forest Glade but please do give us a call if you need help with directions.

Please note that if you are towing a touring caravan or heavy trailer or have a large motorcaravan you must use the Honiton/Dunkeswell route. We are right in the middle of the Devon countryside so some of the lanes approaching the park are narrow and winding.  Click here for a printable copy of the route.

Please note that there is no public transport serving the park.

From A30/A303 north or M5

This route is suitable for touring caravans.
If you are coming south on the M5 come off at Junction 25 (Taunton) and take the A358 to Ilminster then join the A303 and come south to Honiton.

Take the first exit off the Honiton bypass just after the road goes into dual carriageway. At the first T-junction turn right, opposite a Renault garage. At the second T-junction turn right again. Follow this road over the dual carriageway and as you go down the slip way turn left signposted Dunkeswell and Wolford Chapel. Follow this road up the hill until you get to a fork. We have brown signs from this fork. Take the left fork, still following the signs for Dunkeswell. You pass the sign for Wolford chapel and then go into a 40 mile per hour speed limit, with tall pine trees on either side of the road.  As you go down into a dip you approach a crossroads.  Turn left at the crossroads, right at the next crossroads and then left at the next junction. Forest Glade is 0.5 miles along on the right hand side.  We have brown signs at all these junctions but they do not have our park name on.

From A30 south or M5

This route is suitable for touring caravans.
Come off the motorway at Junction 29 and take the A30 to Honiton.
Take the second exit off the Honiton bypass, signposted Dorchester. As you come round the slip road you will see a right hand turning to Dunkeswell and Wolford chapel. Turn right here and follow the directions as above.

From A35 Dorchester

This route is suitable for touring caravans
When you come down into Honiton turn right at the first mini roundabout. Follow that road round, go over the dual carriageway and then turn left signposted Dunkeswell and Wolford Chapel. Follow the directions as above.

From North Devon

This route is suitable for touring caravans
Come off the M5 motorway at Junction 28 (Cullompton) and take the A373 signposted Honiton. Keep going along the main road, through a small hamlet called Colliton and turn left at the next crossroads, signposted Broadhembury. When you get into the village turn right at the T junction and then when the road forks take the left fork, heading up hill. Continue right up the hill until the road levels out. Turn left at the next crossroads (signposted Blackborough) and then left at the next T junction (signposted Cullompton). We are 0.5 miles up this road on the right hand side.

From M5 north or south

Come off the motorway at Junction 28 (Cullompton) and take the A373 towards Honiton. After 2.5 miles you will pass a pub on your right called the Keepers Cottage. Turn left at the next turning past the pub. Carry on along this road for another 2.5 miles, up a steep hill and into the forest. Forest Glade is 0.5 miles from the top of the hill, on the left hand side.
