What about a short break enjoying a relaxing caravan holiday in Devon during spring or autumn? The caravans are available throughout the year when the park is open, and our prices are very reasonable especially in the quieter out of season months.

Family Holidays

Our unique location on the Blackdown Hills is perfect for family holidays. Our caravans are surprisingly spacious and very well-equipped. Our three-bedroom holiday caravans comfortably sleep 6 guests and up to 8 when using the sofa bed. So why not bring the grandparents along or share a caravan with friends to spread the cost?

Holiday Caravan Facilities

Our 2-bedroom caravans sleep up to 6 people and our 3-bedroom caravans sleep up to 8 people.

Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay and all caravans have heating, a fully equipped kitchen and television. Outdoor furniture is provided and parking is available next to your accommodation for 2 cars.

You will need to bring your own towels, swimming towels, tea towels and oven gloves.

Travel cots, highchairs and bed guards are available on request. Please note that we do not provide cot bedding.

All of our holiday accommodation is non-smoking.

Exe Super

The Exe Super is a spacious holiday caravan which can sleep up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. Introduced in 2017 the Exe Super has the same layout and sleeping capacity as the Exe, however unfortunately pets are not allowed in the Exe Super caravans.

Exe

The Exe is a 3-bedroom holiday caravan which has a spacious living area and sleeps up to 8 guests. Family pets are welcome in this holiday caravan.

The Exe caravan includes:

A pull-out double bed in the lounge area
Spacious and well-equipped kitchen
Lounge/Dining area
Large TV with Freeview
Shower room with toilet
Separate toilet

Culm

Our 12’ wide Culm holiday caravans are our ‘top of the range’ caravans and are a real home from home! Culm caravans are strictly pet-free.

The Culm caravans include:

Double glazing and central heating included in price – ideal for spring and autumn breaks
2 bedrooms
Shower room with washbasin and toilet
Large TV with DVD player
Scatter cushions
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for you (except newspaper holidays). We do not supply cot bedding.
Outside – an outdoor table and chairs

Blackdown

Our Blackdown caravans are comfortable and affordable. They are modern 12’ wide caravans with the same layout as the Culm Caravans. Features include:

Central heating and double glazing
2 bedrooms (a double and a twin)
Shower room with washbasin and toilet
Large TV with DVD player
Sleeping up to 6 people when using pull-out bed
Pets are welcome
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for you (except newspaper holidays). We do not supply cot bedding.
Outdoor table and chairs

Otter

The 12’ wide Otter caravans provide comfortable and affordable accommodation and many of the Otter Caravans are conveniently situated near the forest. Features include:

2 bedrooms (a double and a twin)
Pull-out double bed in the lounge
Fully equipped kitchen
Shower room with washbasin and toilet
Electric panel or blow heaters in the bedrooms and shower room
Gas fire in the lounge
Pets are welcome
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for you (except newspaper holidays). We do not supply cot bedding.
Outside – outdoor table and chairs.
