Outdoor Play Area

Forest Glade is one of the best family friendly caravan and camping parks in Devon. Our extensive grounds are the ideal setting for younger members of the family to play together and spend time in the great outdoors.

During a stay we encourage families to make use of our outdoor play area – it’s the perfect place to enjoy quality family time together and let off some steam at the end of a busy day.

Over the years, we’ve invested in lots of new facilities and dedicated spaces for children to have fun and socialise with new found friends at Forest Glade. The outdoor play area is just one of our facilities for children – it’s a hive of activity, especially during the school holidays.

The park boasts a variety of play equipment for little ones as well as slightly older children with energy to burn. Children will spend hours playing make believe games on the climbing frame or zooming down the zip wire!

There are picnic benches next to the outdoor play area, providing the perfect place for parents to supervise or enjoy a picnic lunch!

The outdoor play area closes in the evenings to ensure guests can enjoy a peaceful night sleep!

We also have a dedicated ball games area – which is perfect for playing cricket, rounders, and football.  Alternatively, you are welcome to use the Five Acre Field for any other ball games, but please be mindful of other guests camping in that area.

Indoor soft play area

We also have an indoor soft play area for children under the age of 6.
