All prices are per night for 2 adults, unit and 1 car.

Charges include VAT, toilet and shower facilities, free Wi-fi and use of the swimming pool, sauna and tennis court.

*Awning extensions and gazebos can only be erected with the agreement of the Duty Manager on arrival at the park.

Arrival time 2.30 pm, departure time 11.00 am, unless by special arrangement.

Booking deposit (non-refundable) – 50% of the total invoice.  The balance is payable at least one month before the start of your holiday.

Discounts available – £2.00 per night discount for Club members (Caravan Club, Motor Caravan Club and Caravan & Camping Club), £1.00 per night discount for over 60’s (low and mid season only).  Only one discount applies.  Various camping cards accepted – see relevant guide for details.  Regular customer discounts available.

Special rates available for longer stays (not high season) – £195.00 per week for 2 adults, unit, car and electric.  Minimum stay – 7 nights.  Maximum stay 14 nights.  Not including Bank Holidays, Easter and October half-term.

Mid week special – £99.00 for 4 nights Monday to Friday (mid and low season only).

Pets (maximum of 2) are charged at £4.00 per pet per night (Blackdown, Otter & Exe only).

Our holiday caravans are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
