Booking terms and conditions

Terms used throughout – ‘We’ refers to Forest Glade Holiday Park, its owners and staff.  ‘You’ refers to the customer, our guests.

We accept bookings by post, telephone and online.  We will not accept responsibility for errors arising from telephone requests.  Please check your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it.

We are a family holiday park and regret that we are unable to take bookings for single sex groups or groups under the age of 21, except under certain circumstances.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  Your deposit is non-refundable.  If you have to cancel your holiday you may be able to carry over your deposit to another booking but this is at the discretion of the management.  You will be entitled to a full refund if your booking is cancelled by us, through no fault of your own.

The balance of your account is due on arrival.  No refunds will be given if you choose to end your holiday before the booked date.

Booking a holiday is a legally binding contract.  If you cancel you will lose your deposit and may have to pay the whole balance.  We recommend that you take out insurance to cover your holiday.  Please ask for a leaflet or visit www.guestfirst.co.uk

One of the ingredients of a holiday at Forest Glade is peace and quiet.  Please do not cause undue noise between the hours of 10.30pm and 7.30am.  The management respectfully request that all children and teenagers are back within the confines of their unit by 10pm.  Any complaints from guests regarding noise will be dealt with immediately and any guests who have to be warned more than once may be asked to leave the park.
