Rearranging your holiday
We are happy to rearrange your holiday at no additional charge if you are booked to come in March or April and we will be dealing with bookings in date order. This can be at a later date this year, or any time up until the date of arrival in 2021. Please contact us by email, [email protected]
Alternatively, we can give you a credit note for a future holiday which will be valid until the end of the 2021 season.
Arrivals from 1 May
If your holiday is booked with us for arrival from 1 May onwards we are happy to rebook your holiday at no additional charge for a later date when we reopen, or for next year. If however you would like to cancel your holiday this will be as per our normal terms and conditions that you can find here.
If you want to plan a holiday our booking system is open but we will not take any money until we know what is happening. Once we know that we can reopen we will be in touch to confirm the booking.
Our booking system will soon be set up to take bookings for 2021 so if you really want to plan ahead please do!
Seasonal pitches and storage customers
We have emailed and written to you all but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
Please help protect our family-run park and our fantastic team of staff by accepting a change to your holiday dates instead of a refund. Although closed we still have overheads and are trying to retain our staff so that we can open back up as soon as we are able. Thank you to all those who have sent messages of support and who have planned their stays for later in the year or for 2021.
