PRICES are per caravan for 4-6 people including VAT, gas and electricity.
2-3 PEOPLE - £30 reduction per week, short breaks £10 discount on listed price.
SHORT BREAKS - Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, other periods by arrangement. Booking deposit (non-refundable) - 50% of the total. Minimum Stay 2 nights.
SPECIAL OFFERS :- Book 2 consecutive weeks and get a £50 reduction off your second week.Free accommodation for pre-school children outside school holidays - bring a family of 4 and only pay the 2-3 person rate (not Bank Holiday weekends).
BOOKING DEPOSITS (non-refundable): £80 per week, except July & August - £150 per week.
Visitors are welcome - £1.50 per day including use of all facilities, £3.50 per family.
Dogs in caravans: £1.50 per night each, maximum 2 dogs per caravan.

All our holiday caravans contain the following: 2 bedrooms - a double and a twin; shower room with toilet; electric radiators in bedrooms and shower room; lounge/diner; full-size gas cooker; hot water system; refrigerator with freezer compartment; micowave; colour television; gas fire. They are equipped with blankets and pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases. Outside - patio table and 4 chairs.
Executive 12 - These are modern luxury 12' wide holiday caravans, the main feature being the twin bedroom which has 2'3" wide twin beds (which make into a double), not 2' wide twin beds as in the 10' wide holiday caravans. In some Executive 12s the twin room also has a fold-down bunk. Double pull-out bed in lounge/diner. These are all pet-free and non-smoking.
Executive 10 - Modern 10' wide holiday caravans. Large double end bedroom and twin bedroom (makes into a double) with double pull-out bed in lounge/diner. 2 of these are pet-free and 1 is also non-smoking.
Premier 12 - These are modern luxury holiday caravans with a similar layout to the Executive 12, but none are pet-free and we allow smoking in these.
Our self-contained flat is non-smoking and is on the first floor with access via outside steps. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom (with room for a cot), shower room with toilet and large day room with lounge area, diner and kitchenette. There is a full-size fridge and gas cooker and a microwave. There is a colour television and a radio. The french doors open onto your own balcony. The flat is not suitable for toddlers or young children. Duvet, pillows and bedlinen are provided. Please bring your own towels and teatowels.
