All our holiday caravans contain the following: 2 bedrooms – a double and a twin; shower room with toilet; electric radiators in bedrooms and shower room; lounge/diner; full-size gas cooker; hot water system; refrigerator; microwave; colour television; gas fire. They are equipped with blankets, pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases. Outside – patio table and 4 chairs.

Blackdown – These are modern 12’ wide holiday caravans with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which makes into a double. The twin room also has a fold-down bunk. In addition there is a fold-out double bed in the lounge/diner. These are all pet-free.
Otter – These are modern 12’ holiday caravans with the same layout as the Blackdown, but we allow dogs in these.

SELF-CONTAINED FLAT (Pet-free)
Forest Glade also has a 2 person self-contained flat consisting of a double bedroom (with room for a cot), a shower room with toilet, and a day room with lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge and gas cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a colour television and a radio. The french doors open onto your own balcony. The flat is not suitable for toddlers or young children. Duvet, pillows and bed linen are provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking deposits – All are non-returnable, but can be used at a later date, at the park’s discretion.
Cancellation insurance – Booking a holiday is a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation you may be required to pay the balance due even though you cannot take your holiday.
Details of holiday cancellation and personal insurance will be sent with your deposit receipt, or for touring bookings will be sent on request.
Refunds – The balance of your account is due on arrival. No refunds will be given if you choose to end your holiday before the booked date.

PRICES are per caravan for 4-6 people including VAT, gas and electricity.
2-3 PEOPLE - £40 reduction per week, short breaks £10 discount on listed price.
SHORT BREAKS – Prices are for Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, other periods by arrangement.
Booking deposit (non-refundable) – 50% of the total. Minimum stay 2 nights.
SPECIAL OFFERS – Book 2 consecutive weeks and get a £50 reduction off your second week.
Free accommodation for pre-school children outside school holidays – bring a family of 4 and only pay the 2-3 person rate.
BOOKING DEPOSITS (non-refundable) - £100.00 per week, except July and August - £180 per week.
DOGS IN CARAVANS - £2.00 per night each, maximum 2 dogs per caravan.
DAY VISITORS ARE WELCOME - £1.50 per day including use of all free facilities, £4.00 per family.
