Rearranging your holiday – for bookings arriving up until 3 July 2020
We are happy to rearrange your holiday if you are booked to come in up until 4 July 2020 and we will be dealing with bookings in date order. You can rearrange your holiday for a later date this year, or any time up until the date of arrival in 2021. Please contact us by email, [email protected]
Alternatively, we can give you a credit note for a future holiday which will be valid until the end of the 2022 season.
We have now been in touch with everyone due to arrive up until 30 June so if you haven’t received an email please contact us or check your spam folder.
The following terms apply:
If you choose a holiday which is cheaper than your original booking no refund of the difference will be given. There may be an additional cost if your new holiday date falls in high season. Our normal terms and conditions still apply.
Holidays from 4 July
We are taking bookings for holidays but we have limited availability so that we can control the number of people using the facilities. We are currently not taking any bookings on unserviced pitches either in the Christmas Tree Field or in the Five Acre Field unless you have your own toilet and shower facilities onboard.
If you have a booking with us we will now be in touch to confirm the booking. We will be dealing with bookings in date order so please bear with us.
Don’t want to come this year?
If you change your mind and no longer wish to holiday with us this year and have not paid a deposit please let us know as soon as possible so that we can release the holiday for another guest.
If you do not wish to holiday with us this year but have paid a deposit we are happy to change the dates of your holiday, subject to availability. Alternatively we will hold your deposit in your customer account for use at a later date, up until the end of the 2022 season. We do not charge an administration fee. However, if you wish to cancel and the park is open our normal terms and conditions apply.
Availability of facilities
It is highly likely that when we re-open available facilities will be limited to start with:
- Limited shared facilities
- No hand dryers or hair dryers in shared facilities
- Limited washing up facilities and no camper’s kitchen
- The swimming pool is now open and timed booked swims are available. Further details are available here
- Swimming pool changing rooms will be used as additional toilet and shower facilities for particular pitches
- We will not be opening the sauna
- We have to keep the games room and soft play closed.
The following will be available:
- Tennis, badminton and outdoor table tennis but please bring your own equipment
- Outdoor play areas
- A well-stocked shop
- Take away food and bakery items
- Freshly brewed coffee and other hot drinks
- And of course beautiful forest walks from the park.
We will look to open as many facilities as soon as it is safe to do so and will be continually reviewing guidance from the government and other official bodies.
Please note that day visitors will not be allowed.
We’re following industry guidelines and have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes in our shared facilities and holiday accommodation. Please be reassured that we will be doing our best to keep our guests and our staff safe while still being ‘Just a great place to stay!’

Seasonal pitches and storage customers
Please take note of the information sent out to you by email and post on 26 June. It is really important that you:
Don’t come and stay if you or any member of your household have Covid-19 symptoms
You must tell us who is staying and when
Please use your onboard facilities if you can, so that we can reduce the number of people queuing for our shared facilities.
